You will be responsible for:<ul><li>Provide an exceptional guest experience in the hotel.</li><li>Provide a clean, comfortable, and attractive environment within the hotel.</li><li>Complete guest experience; Including the Gallery Host Stand, Bakery Café, guest kitchen, e-room, and TV den.</li><li>Check-in and check-out of guests and room service for meetings.</li></ul>

You must have:<ul><li>Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.</li><li>Schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing skills.</li><li>The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.</li><li>Be able to multitask.</li><li>Be 18 years or older.</li><li>A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).</li><li>Possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.</li><li>Previous guest service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests.</li></ul><h3>About Hyatt Place:</h3>Hyatt is a great place where everyone can be a leader.
