<div><div class="benefits"><div><ul><li><div class="benefits">Coordinating with sales team, agents &amp; Aramex offices to ensure all RFQ&rsquo;s are answered &amp; ensure to achieve their target.</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Communicate to sales, agents &amp; Aramex offices for any new offers and/or promotions that customers can benefit from.</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Maintain good relationship with vendors (airlines, trucking suppliers, packing companies).</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Up-load all quotations on system.</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Follow day to day shipments with airlines &amp; vendors.</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Follow the payment flow to airlines &amp; vendors in case any delays or discrepancies.</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Interfere with accounting team to facilitate any payment issues for vendors &amp; airlines.</div></li><li><div class="benefits">Follow the files closing closely with invoicing &amp; settle the cases showing losses.<br><br></div></li></ul></div></div></div>

<div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><ul><li><a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor">Bachelor&rsquo;s</a>degree in logistics field will be preferable.</li><li>1-3 years relevant working experience (Air freight Sector is a must).</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience with directly handling airline bookings.</li><li>Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Excel intermediates to advance formulas and macros.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong coordination skills among various work groups and with different levels.</li><li>Good organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proactive team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to do overtime during certain time of the year.</li><li>Work location in airport, so preferred residential nearby.</li></ul><h3>About Aramex:</h3><p>Since its founding in 1982 we have grown to become a world leader in comprehensive transport&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivery solutions for business&nbsp;and consumers.
