<div><div class="qualifications"><div><ul><li>10 -15 years of experience in Quality assurance / Process Improvement in software engineering field</li><li>10+ years of experience applying known international software development standards (CMMI &ndash; CMMI for services) or equivalent standards, Certification is an advantage</li><li>Experience conducting process audits /Assessments, Certified Assessor from global recognized body is a plus</li><li>Practical experience in applying agile methodologies and Agile coaching (SCRUM &ndash; SAFE &ndash; Dev-ops), Certification is a plus</li><li>Experience in establishing data driven improvement initiatives, certificate in six sigma will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Previous experience in establishing and managing QA &amp; PI teams and systems with global software delivery centres having the nature of diversified technology BU with different standards and processes.</li><li>Previous experience and participation in establishing and practicing software life cycle engineering quality gates as part of CICD processes will be considered an advantage</li><li>Has the competence to perform the role effectively&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Affinity to work with quantitative data, good analytics&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work within a fast-paced &amp; unstructured environment. &nbsp;Must be able to multi-task and effectively and continually prioritise&nbsp;</li><li>Service-orientated attitude, proactive thinker, networker, information seeker, team player&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of relevant computer software eg Microsoft and Google Suite</li><li>Willingness and interest to frequently interact with and reach out to Partners, Directors and the team&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to interact efficiently with senior members of the firm across multiple time zones</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong>: University Degree, preferred Bachelor in Computer Science / Computer Engineering</p><h3>About PWC:</h3><p>PricewaterhouseCoopers is a multinational professional services network of firms, operating as partnerships under the PwC brand.
