Nestle is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Boutique Team Leader to join the team in Quebec, Canada, who will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience.  

1. Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables.
2. Analyzing and coaching team on KPI reports.
3. Ensuring effective communication with team and store management.
4. Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders.
5. Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks. 

1. Must be bilingual in French and English.
2. Passionate about coffee and sustainability.
3. 2-3 years’ experience in high-volume retail environment.
4. Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs.
5. Effective time management and analytical skills.
