DHL is offering a job opportunity as a Reception Agent in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will be part of a dynamic team based in Darwin
- Assist all walk in customers and calls with queries on shipments
- Provide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers
- Helping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries
- Assisting and providing back up for Exception Handling when required
- This is a full-time positionworking 38 hours per week, from Monday – Friday from8:00 to 16:00

- Experience adhering to WHS procedures
- Physical fitness – ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly
