Deloitte is offering a Job Opportunity in Australiaas a Resource Management Consultant.
Duties & responsibilities
- Attending and preparing for National Resourcing meetings to be delivered by the Resource Management team and conversations on resource requirements.
- Providing meeting notes, reports and insights around resource management, and spotting trends.
- Maintaining hygiene in reporting and scheduling systems + maintaining documentation for the management process.
- Educating the practitioner group on rm processes and tools by running virtual or in house face to face workshops.
- Developing strong relationships with our Practitioners to understand their respective needs.
Eligibility criteria
- 1-2 years experience in a Recruitment, HR, PMO or workforce planning role.
- Proactive and positive attitude coupled with energy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation and enthusiasm
- Always seeking to gain knowledge and understanding of the clients, business and RM processes.
- Possessing time management skills; and strives to improve on written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office skills in particular MS Excel; with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exposure in use of scheduling systems (Etime/STAFFIT)
