Opportunity description

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as it is looking for a Process Improvement Executive.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Evaluate the current process and Identify key areas of improvement, assess the requirement to get new or change processes and to create and implement SOP’s incorporating the stakeholders and communicate the results with the business owners.
  2. Design and implement scheduled performance and operational reports that serve both internal-departmental benefits and external customers
  3. Directly manage the relationship with the warehouse automated systems suppliers and ensure system is functional and maintained at all times.
  4. Keep track of maintenance visits and spare parts orders and liaise with accounting department to order missing parts.
  5. Conduct quality checks set up internally and prepare an action plan and liaise with the concerned team to implement and improve the current process performance
  6. Liaise with the operations, training, and support on the different systems and solutions
  7. Work closely with Dnata on set KPI’s reports in measuring the performance as per the SLA and reporting non-compliance of SLA’s to internal and external stake holders
  8. Contribute to the execution of lean methodology concepts and quality assurance standard in warehouse, ensuring to cut down waste and implement continuous improvement

Eligibility criteria

  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  2. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  3. Ability to learn, explore, understand, and troubleshoot complex systems and integration setups
  4. Ability to convey knowledge and provide training
  5. Good communication skills - Working across multiple projects, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  6. A team player that can offer support to other team members and has the confidence to ask for assistance when needed.
