Opportunity description

Aramex offers a job opportunity a Regional Sales Manager in Jordan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and building lasting relationships in your region. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new customers, acquiring leads and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing a plan to maximize sales opportunities and market share in your territory.
  • Building strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Fostering long-term partnerships with customers and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders such as the CRM team to ensure data accuracy and efficient customer analysis.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales activity and customer interactions to provide valuable insights to the business.
  • Assisting the Collections team in resolving delinquent customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.
  • Ensuring KPIs (sales targets, visits, opportunities and new accounts) are met.
  • Providing regular feedback on competitor activities to support strategic decision making.

Eligibility criteria

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving organizational and personal sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills preferred.
