Opportunity description

Binance offers a job opportunity as a Senior Marketing Manager in Africa, where you can work remotely or in South Africa. You will be responsible for helping drive cryptocurrency adoption across the continent, by launching performance-driven campaigns that help shape the company's brand in the market.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Increasing the number of new users, through designing various offers, content marketing, launching social media campaigns, and cooperating with partner companies.
Managing and developing relationships with strategic marketing partners.
Communicate with the target audience.
Marketing spending.
Working on campaigns, starting from strategy, through implementation, to performance measurement.
Build and develop a strong paid and organic experiential approach via app and landing page optimization in order to increase ROI.
Develop marketing strategies that increase customer retention rates.
Launching campaigns targeting different stages of the customer life cycle.
Helping shape the Binance brand in key African markets.
Prepare reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

At least 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the Fintech/BtoC space.
Execution-oriented mindset.
Strong interest and knowledge in cryptography/blockchain/technology.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently.
It is preferable to have a university degree in marketing.
Familiarity with online marketing methods, such as social media, community management, and on the ground, such as managing various events.
Proven experience in growing and managing the userbase.
