The Hilton Dead Sea Resort offers a job opportunity as a waiter in Jordan where you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, efficient and timely manner.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage guest inquiries in a friendly, efficient and timely manner.
- Serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to residents and non-residents.
- Follow correct reporting procedures if you encounter any problem at work.
- Ensure that food and beverage orders are delivered in a timely manner and with a good standard of service.
- Follow Hilton Grooming standards regarding dress code and personal hygiene.
- Compliance with hotel security and fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in the food and beverage department and/or industry.
- Previous experience in cash handling.
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
