ITP MEDIA GROUP offers a job opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE. You will play a significant role in attracting and hiring the company's best talent to support its continued success. You will work closely with hiring managers and various stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also contribute your expertise in sourcing, assessment, and selection of potential candidates to building a high-performing and diverse workforce.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Review resumes and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job openings, manage candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, to ensure a positive experience is delivered to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market information to target candidates effectively.
- Collaborate with members of the Human Resources team to enhance recruitment strategies and improve their processes.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by proactively seeking diverse talent and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
- Provide regular reports and insights on staffing metrics and trends to relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist in media or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment strategies, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with industry professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills to track staffing metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to promoting diversity in the workforce.
