Job Opportunity as a Senior Graphic Designer at Aramex in the UAE

Aramex is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Study design briefs and determine requirements.
2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
4. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
6. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
7. Test graphics across various media.
8. Amend designs after feedback.
9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
10. Mentor the junior design team.

1. Have extensive graphic designing experience.
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations, other graphics, photo manipulation and/or compelling layouts.
3. Familiarity with design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
7. Experience as a senior designer / art director (or min. 5 years of experience as a designer).
8. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
