Rotana Hotels and Resorts offers a job opportunity for females to work as fitness trainers in Iraq.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for the safe, professional, effective, and quality performance of the fitness programs carried out for hotel guests and leisure club members. Your role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Organizing and supervising fitness-related activities and events to increase members' enjoyment/use of the fitness center.
- Develop and maintain safe and effective fitness routines, programs, and various activities in the fitness center.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the fitness center to ensure that stipulated standards are met and that the equipment is always in good working order.
- Familiarity with the rules and regulations of the club and how to deal with various guest requests.
- Assist the Recreation Manager in achieving membership goals through the Bodylines Marketing Plan.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Be a well-built, physically fit, trained, and qualified Fitness Instructor with previous experience preferably in hospitality.
- Good command of the English language and contribute positively to sales activities and increase revenue.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Preferably have computer skills.
- You must be positive, proactive, possess a real passion for sport, and be charismatic and agreeable.
- High customer service ability and strong motivational skills.
- The ability to easily develop and build relationships.
- Understanding of hotel operations.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Business planning skills.
- The ability to supervise people and understand their differences.
- Ability to supervise operations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Adaptability.
