Opportunity description

Tamara Company offers a job opportunity as a consultant to support partners in Egypt. You will report to the Partner Support Team Leader in Egypt where you will work closely to resolve all merchant-related inquiries and concerns. The work in this job will be completely remotely, as you will be able to work from anywhere in Egypt.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards traders at all times.
  • Immediate response to various inquiries from merchants.
  • Communicate with merchants through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving merchant complaints.
  • Get to know the company's products inside and out so you can answer various questions accurately.
  • Maintain records of merchant interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues when necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of merchant service operations.
  • Ensuring merchant satisfaction and providing professional support to various customers.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Experience ranging from one to two years.
  • Ability to remain calm when clients feel stressed or upset.
  • Comfort in using various computer hardware and software, especially those related to Microsoft and GSuite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
