<div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><div><div class="qualifications"><div><p>You must have:</p><ul><li><a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor">Bachelor&#39;s degree</a> in the field of law.</li><li>Certificate of practicing the legal profession.</li><li>At least 4 years of experience either in a position related to commercial contracts, as an internal legal assistant, or in the legal procurement department.</li><li>Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts.</li><li>You must be creative and strategic, proactive and innovative in solving problems affecting stakeholders.</li><li>Flexibility and comfort with change, great attention to detail while adhering to tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proven negotiation skills, and comfort in dealing with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Organizational, implementation, and project management skills.</li><li>A proactive approach to identifying needs, anticipating, and resolving problems.</li><li>Ability to handle large volumes of contracts.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and LexisNexis.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong customer focus and teamwork.</li><li>Previous experience in logistics and transportation is preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to build strong professional business relationships.</li></ul><h3 dir="ltr">About Aramex:</h3><p dir="ltr">Since its founding in 1982, Aramex has grown to become a world leader in comprehensive transport and delivery solutions for businesses and consumers.
