Opportunity description
Majid Al Futtaim offers a job opportunity for UAE Nationals as a Human Resources Officer in the UAE. You will be mainly responsible for keeping employee records up to date, handling various HR documents, managing internal databases, and supporting the HCBP and corporate business unit responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure that audit reports for executive levels and above are completed and made available in the new employee file.
- Proactively communicate with government relations to process residence visas for new and dependent employees, labor cards for temporary employees, and pensions for UAE and GCC government nationals.
- Arranging facility-related requirements for new employees such as a workstation, mobile phone, Simcard, access card, parking allotment, etc.
- Ensuring that all papers of the announcement of joining the new employees are filled out, signed, and made available in the file of the new employees.
- Arranging relocation requirements for new employees joining Mafp from abroad. This includes flight tickets, airport transfers, accommodation reservations, and Marhaba services (if any). This includes arranging PR/Lpos as required.
- Coordinating and providing appropriate guidance to everyone who has left work on how their trip abroad will be.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Emirati nationality.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer or Assistant to a Human Resources Officer.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
