Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk offers a job opportunity as a guest service agent/assistant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for reception services for guests, in order to contribute to providing an exceptional overall experience from check-in to check-out from the hotel, by conducting full audits of all these stages.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Achieve positive results from guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure an effective reception experience for guests, including check-in/check-out, and completion of audit procedures.
- Ensure that the Guest Service Manager is fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Attending appropriate training sessions, when required, and assisting with the training and development efforts of the night team.
- Possess knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, promotions, and other general knowledge of products needed to perform daily duties.
- Maximize room occupancy and use various sales techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Use correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currency, credit cards, and cash in accordance with the hotel's credit policy.
- Compliance with hotel security and fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Follow company brand standards.
- Assist other departments when necessary.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused field.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
- You must be calm, efficient, and organized, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Competent level of IT skills.
- Previous experience in cash handling.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
