ITP MEDIA Group offers a job opportunity as a Financial Assistant in Beirut, Lebanon.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will handle all finance-related tasks.
- You will act as the main point of contact for all ITP Live Group payments and coordinate between the company's Influencers/Hosts/Suppliers and the Finance department regarding the collection of payment paperwork (invoices, VAT certificates, etc.), and follow-up on their payments.
- Ensure all influencers, hosts, and vendors are paid on time.
- Receiving relevant documents from clients, ensuring booking orders are approved, correcting discrepancies, and handling pre-payments for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports on a regular basis, provide information to senior management, handle errors in financial reports, and collect data via the ITP Live team.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- The ability to speak Arabic.
- Ability to speak English.
- Financial knowledge of payments, books, and taxes.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work on Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in finance or business administration.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
