Deloitte offers a job opportunity as a Technical Transfers Manager in Canada.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- You will work with leaders from around the world to deliver projects to medium and large companies in the field.
- Guide and train new and experienced practitioners and help them achieve their goals.
- Development and structure of the conversion organization at CBO.
- Recommending and obtaining appropriate tools and assets to be used for effective work progress.
- Guarantee to get the missing data.
- Coordinate data improvement needs.
- Oversee the integration process, and lead the design, build, and support test conversion activities.
- Apply a critical thinking mindset and propose concrete solutions to solve customer problems.
- Work in a collaborative team.
- Participate in the implementation of the full life cycle of projects and manage customer expectations.
- Translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- 5+ years of technical experience in transformation processes and tools for large organizations.
- Strong experience managing data conversion/migration functions.
- Strong knowledge of financial domain data models (particularly insurance and banking).
- Ability to manage priorities efficiently.
- Strong project management and delivery experience.
- Deep knowledge of data analysis, ETL process, process implementation, and data testing as well as execution plan delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively with others.
- Strong commitment to professional excellence in customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and simplify complex technical issues.
- A passion for technology and the ability to keep up to date with different releases and changes.
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following technologies:
- SAP (Core Modules, S/4 Hana).
