Almarai is offering a job opportunity as a Talent Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & responsibilities
Plan and deliver organization-wide talent assessment and development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance at individual, team ,and organization levels.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
- 5-7 years of overall experience out of which 3 years working in a similar role in multicultural organisation.
