Opportunity description

Hikma offers a full-time job opportunity and announces its need to occupy the position of officer, talent acquisition who will mainly research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
  • Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screening applications and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Oversees preparation of interview questions and attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other needed details.
  • Full onboarding of new hires into the company.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • At least 2-3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
