Opportunity description

The Arab Monetary Fund announces a job opportunity as a Human Resources Officer in the United Arab Emirates.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
  • Implementing employee transactions and paying their dues in accordance with the organization’s approved policies and procedures.
  • Implementing recruitment procedures that include announcing job vacancies, receiving applications, sorting CVs, communicating with applicants, and organizing interviews with them.
  • Updating employee records, attendance, departure, and vacation data in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Preparing and following up on group insurance contracts and ensuring the provision of the necessary insurance coverage for workers and participants in the Fund’s activities.
  • Participate in any other tasks assigned to support the efforts of the Human Resources Department and prepare monthly reports in accordance with established procedures.
  • Developing work policies and procedures related to the scope of human resources work and submitting the necessary proposals and initiatives to develop the work of the Fund’s Human Resources Department.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or their equivalent from a reputable, recognized university.
  • It is preferable to have a professional certificate in the field of human resources.
  • At least two years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Outstanding communication skills to deal with various functional challenges.
  • An ambitious personality capable of developing and learning.
  • Initiative and creativity at work.
  • Information technology skills and proficiency in using relevant applications.
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in Arabic and English.
  • It is preferable to have knowledge of the French language.
  • The ability to meet work requirements with the required quality under work pressures and outside official working hours.
