Opportunity description

Orange is looking for a qualified Customer Tech Support Expert to join the team and work in Cairo, Egypt for 2021.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a professional first technical point of contact for the customer.
  2. Acts as technical escalation level within the team.
  3. Responsible for the escalated tickets and participates in the generations and handling of the monthly trend analysis that is shared with the account team and the customer senior management.
  4. Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives.
  5. Perform technical escalations in line with company procedure.
  6. Liaise and refer issues to correct/relevant entities internally and externally.
  7. Undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
  8. Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management.
  9. Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.

Requirements:

  1. Engineering degree (B.Sc.) with 2-4 years relevant technical experience.
  2. Valid cisco (CCNA & CCNP) certificates is mandatory.
  3. SD-WAN knowledge.
  4. Very good analytical skills.
  5. Excellent customer skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Good time management, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks.
  8. Proficient in English.
