Opportunity description

Chalhoub Group offers an exceptional job opportunity as a MUSE Concierge Agent to join the team in Saudi Arabia for 2021. MUSE is Chalhoub Group’s recently launched loyalty program with over 30+ brands that is about rewarding members with luxury experiences and building a long-lasting relationship. MUSE is live in UAE and Kuwait and will be soon launching in KSA – one of the most important markets for the Group. The ideal candidate will need to be solutions oriented, obsessed about offering a great experience and curious to explore new avenues and opportunities to retain and delight the members.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Answering inbound queries via Phone, Email, Live Chats and WhatsApp for Business in professionally manners.
  2. Assisting Outbound, Clienteling, Home-Sales initiatives when assigned.
  3. Providing and researching required information using available resources.
  4. Investigating and solving customer service queries when being escalated.
  5. Understanding internal process and applying it day-to-day operation.
  6. Identifying and escalating priority issues when required.
  7. Ensuring tickets are closed within SLA with correct categorization.
  8. Managing relationship in-person or via communication with VIP and ELITE customers.
  9. Following up on queries when required.
  10. Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints and action taken.
  11. Preparing Weekly Report analysis on Call Center Calls and Live Chat

Qualifications:

  1. Good computer skills.
  2. Good multi-tasking skills.
  3. Flexible working during the weekend.
  4. Fluent in English and Arabic are a must.
  5. Approachable attitude, agile and can-do attitude to create and be part a new department.
  6. Proactive, committed and capable of taking lead.
  7. Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Previous experiences with Call Center is a plus.
  9. Preferably male candidate.
