Google company offers a job opportunity to work as a sales engineer, smart analytics specialist at google cloud. Once educational institutions, government agencies, and other businesses sign on to use google cloud products, you come in to facilitate making their work more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You assist fellow sales googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for the customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to google cloud products. As part of the customer engineering organization in google cloud, EMEA solution specialist will play a pivotal role in building a bridge between the field and the product management and solutions management team. You will work closely with the selected enterprise customers in piloting the deployment of new solutions, enabling a robust feedback loop with the aim to enhance the overall quality of the offerings. In parallel, you will nurture the internal field sales community with your knowledge and expertise to educate and build awareness of the solutions. Eligibility:
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing data analytics and machine learning architectures with enterprise customers and partners.
- Experience in developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch, or real-time event processing and ETL workflows solutions (e.g., architecture design, tuning, schema design, query optimization of scalable and distributed systems).
It's preferred to have:
- Experience with one more of the following google cloud’s data products such as BigQuery, BigTable, Composer, DataFlow, DataFusion, DataPrep, DataProc, DataStudio and PubSub.
- Experience in advocating for the internal community and influence google cloud product strategy and craft narratives around new products and features by working with product management, engineering, PR, marketing, business development and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building solutions accelerators and presenting results to a broad audience.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible of:
- Bring deep solution and product expertise in early selected customer engagements.
- Conceptualize and develop technical program accelerators to drive product and solution adoption.
- Fix product gaps ease migration or modernization journey.
- Specialist skills development and field enablement like localized training for solutions and product portfolio.
- Represent google cloud in major public facing events like cloud next, Gartner Symposium, Kubecon.
- Prepare demos/POC assets for key solutions together with solutions management teams.
