Eligibility: 

You must have:

• BSc in business, finance, or engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong numerical, data management & reporting skills.
• Experience in a multi-national environment.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Excel, Access, & Powerpoint knowledge.
• Autonomous, independent, self-starter.
• Excellent team player.
• Good business & commercial acumen.
• Excellent organizational & planning skills.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

1. Review meetings on a weekly basis to agree on developing and reporting methods/templates needed.
2. Focus on regular/open communication with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of processes & activities.
3. Own docs. & trackers for the different activities of Europe management.
4. Own all internal team trackers ensuring their integrity.
5. Follow up on all actions in the trackers to make sure that tasks are up to date.
6. Able to handle & simplify administrative activities.
7. Present dashboards & professional trackers and any other tasks assigned by management.
