Eligibility:
You must have:
- BSc in business, finance, or engineering.
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong numerical, data management & reporting skills.
- Experience in a multi-national environment.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Advanced MS Excel, Access, & Powerpoint knowledge.
- Autonomous, independent, self-starter.
- Excellent team player.
- Good business & commercial acumen.
- Excellent organizational & planning skills.
- Time management skills and “Can Do”, attitude.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Review meetings on a weekly basis to agree on developing and reporting methods/templates needed.
- Focus on regular/open communication with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of processes & activities.
- Own docs. & trackers for the different activities of Europe management.
- Own all internal team trackers ensuring their integrity.
- Follow up on all actions in the trackers to make sure that tasks are up to date.
- Able to handle & simplify administrative activities.
- Present dashboards & professional trackers and any other tasks assigned by management.
