Opportunity description
Erasmus Intern announces an internship opportunity in the field of design. The company is looking for an intern who wants to learn as well as contribute with a creative approach. During the internship, you will be exposed to global fashion trends and gain experience in technical aspects of the garment industry such as fabrics, pattern making, textile developments etc. You will also be a part of graphic design projects that will help you gain experience in graphic design.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Be a master's student in fashion design or related fields is preferred.
- Native in both spoken and written skills in the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate well in written and verbal forms with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and enjoys doing so.
- Computer literate (MS Office Applications).
- Strong sense of design and trend analysis.
- Be proficient with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw.
- Still enrolled in a study program for the duration of the internship.
- The internship duration is for a minimum of 4 months.
- The company provides flexible working hours of 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.
- The company is located on the ground floor of World Fashion Centre, Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13 1062 HH Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Support day to day design activities.
- Design development.
- Trend research and analysis.
- Development of tech packs.
- Development of design artwork.
- Content graphic development.
- Project coordination and development.
