Hikma pharmaceutical company invites you to its internships in Human Capital Division in Lebanon. This internship is available for students only.
Internship Description:
Hikma employees are considered the most strategic asset and the mainstay of all achievements in the past, present, and future. Company's Human Capital function is mandated to attract, retain, develop, motivate and manage their employees to excel, innovate and contribute to Hikma’s success and growth. Interns who will join Hikma's HC team will be working closely with experts in different fields including recruitment, talent management, human capital operations, compensations and benefits, organization development and administration. The duration of a standard internship within the Human Capital function will be one, two or three months and interns will be assigned according to departmental needs and availability.
Eligibility:
- You should have the skill of self-management.
- You must have a good knowledge of digital Literacy.
- You should have the skills of teamwork as you will work with various teams inside the company.
- You should be innovative as it's a very important skill to defeat any problem faces you.
- You should have a good emotional judgment.
- You must be a good problem solver in order to solve any problem arises in your work.
- You should have good communication skills so as to you can communicate efficiently with the different teams you work with.
- You must have a good knowledge of professional ethics as it's very important in the work.
