Company&#39;s Human Capital function is mandated to attract, retain, develop, motivate and manage their employees to excel, innovate and contribute to Hikma&rsquo;s success and growth. Interns who will join Hikma&#39;s HC team will be working closely with experts in different fields including recruitment, talent management, human capital operations, compensations and benefits, organization development and administration.
